The professional activity of Studio Palmeri has its roots in the year 1967 and has as its main object the commercial, industrial and service enterprise, small, medium and large size, in its broadest dynamic meaning ranging from the establishment and qualitative-quantitative development phase, of assistance and rationalization of the business and sizing according to market dynamics, management of any stages of reorganization and restructuring, up to the final stages of alienation of the business through the transfer of the control package, the sale of the company or a branch of it or the cessation of business activity.

In the execution of the assignments received, Studio Palmeri Commercialisti Associati relies on the cooperation of professionals (accountants and certified public accountants, lawyers) working within its facilities located throughout the country.
